Jim's Foodmart is awesome... called in a grocery order.. they had everything I was looking for.. paid over the phone and parked by the entrance and they brought it out and put it in the car... didn't have to go inside... thanks Julie

Great international food section! They have everything you might need from a grocery store, and more! Employees are very friendly as well.

This grocery store is small but jam packed! They listen to their customers. One time I wanted something they didn’t have, and the next time they had started selling it! The beer, wine, and liquor selection is great. They have fresh produce, snacks, baking goods, toiletries, Asian ingredients, Indian ingredients, and a frozen section.

An excellent selection of Indian and Asian foods and ingredients are available as well as an extensive selection of hard to find beer, ciders and wines. In addition they carry most any other groceries you may need in a convenient and easy to shop market. Employees are always helpful and friendly as well.

Jim's Foodmart is an absolute staple in the Houghton/Michigan Technological University community. Extremely convenient to access from campus, fair prices, and the best beer, wine, and spirits selection in the area. Whether you need some quick grocery items, or if you need to do a full grocery shop, Jim's has you covered. Locally owned and operated. Shop local. Support local. You can tell that the owners care about the store and their employees. All staff is very friendly and helpful. Great job to everyone at Jim's! They never disappoint.

If you want to find something particular and can’t seem to find it anywhere else. This is your place to check. Excellent foreign food section. Most importantly this is the only place in Houghton I have found Malört or non-local craft beer like Petosky Brewing’s Blueberry Crush Cream Ale.

Great little store, little bit of a bodega vibe but in a good way. I really enjoyed the selection of soda and non-alcoholic drinks as well as the variety of ramen. The staff was friendly and the store was clean. I'll be back again to shop some more.
